Meet Yana van der Meulen Rodgers, an ICPSR data depositor and Professor of Labor Studies and Employment Relations at Rutgers. Through her shared data, she helps other researchers explore Asian labor markets and wage policy. When not working with data, Yana runs half marathons across the US.
