9 Can patrons entrust IEAS Library to buy books for themselves?
We apologize that this is not permitted. The IEAS Library buys books on both the IEAS account and the accounts of Research Programs in which IEAS research fellows participate, but the purchase of books for researchers’ own use is prohibited.
