The Integrated Library System (ILS) of Academia Sinica is under maintenance and expected to be restored at late August. 
We apologize for the inconvenience to use the services of libraries of divisions of Humanities and Social Sciences.

• Libraries of  Divisions of Humanities and Social Sciences maintain the services of check out and return  (circulation) of books via manual operation  (the service of check out of books is only for the staff of the Institute of Economics and the researchers of other divisions of Humanities and Social Sciences).

　 -   The final book lists of check out and return (circulation)  , please see the ILS of Academia Sinica, after data entry ILS.

• The overdue fines caused by ILS of Academia Sinica from 7^th August till system restored are free of charge.
• Welcome to access the E-Journals and Databases.
• The new recruits of divisions of Humanities and Social Sciences are welcome to use the libraries. Please show your Staff ID Card will be OK.  (Please follow the rules of the Institute of Economics).

　-   The new Arrival Books and periodicals since 7^th August will not be showed in the catalogs of  ILS of Academia Sinica.

    -   The status of books（on the shelves , be checked out…）will not be showed in the catalogs of  ILS of Academia Sinica.

　-   The patrons can not hold reservations to books.

　-   The patrons can not receive any notification (request, overdue, recall)

　-   The patrons can not access the patron information, including the book lists of check out and return (circulation) since 7^th August.

- The new Arrival Books and returned books need some manual operations and will not be on the shelves immediately.
