Forwarding announcement of Kuo Ting-yee Library of the Institute of Modern History’s guideline changes on borrowing library materials.
Approved by the Library on September 6, 2019, beginning October 16, 2019, Chinese and Japanese language books published prior to 1959, and Western language books published prior to 1949 may only be used in the Library and cannot be checked out by individuals who are not affiliated with the Institute of Modern History.
