Love Data Week 2025 is February 10 through 14 2025
 

ICPSR was honored to host 2024 International Love Data Week in February. ICPSR has been the official host since 2021. We also continued our ICPSR-specific Love Data Week activities, including six webinars and the popular Adopt a Dataset campaign. Love Data Week 2025 will be Feb. 10-14, 2025.
 

ICPSR Council Members Begin New Terms

Each fall after the ICPSR Biennial Meeting, new ICPSR Council members are approved by the ICPSR membership to serve four-year terms on the ICPSR Council, joining current members. A Council Chair is also approved at this time. See who's cycling on and off the Council. [More]

ICPSR Community Members Invited to PAA Reception

ICPSR Community members are invited to a PAA Reception jointly hosted by the University of Michigan's Institute for Social Research, UCLA's California Center for Population Research, and UW-Madison’s Center for Demography and Ecology and Center for Demography of Health & Aging.  When: Thursday, April 18, 2024 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Where: Hyatt Regency Columbus (350 N High St, Columbus, OH) in the McKinley Room. [RSVP]

As a Lead Data Curator at ICPSR, Aubrey Garman works both independently and collaboratively to troubleshoot data issues, standardize practices for data curation, and streamline the data curation workflow.

Q: What is your favorite part of your job?

A: I love that each study I curate brings its own unique challenges and insights. I really enjoy being able to do a deep dive into the materials to make sure everything is in good shape for anyone who accesses data at ICPSR.
